Your holiday must be paid in full at least 30 days before departure.
Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking, and your deposit will be retained.
The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring full payment is received on time. No payment reminders will be sent.
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:
30 days or more before departure: 50% of the deposit/advance amount
15 – 30 days before departure: 100% of the deposit/advance amount
8 – 15 days before departure: 80% of the total tour cost
1 – 7 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost
All refunds are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
No refunds will be issued for unused services, early departures, or missed activities due to client-related delays.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 21 business days from the date of written cancellation confirmation.
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, or other uncontrollable events), Charter 247 reserves the right to offer credit toward future travel instead of a cash refund.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients booking with Charter 247.
Charter 247 is not liable for any costs arising from unforeseen events, missed connections, or personal emergencies.
