Day 1. Arrival at Sarajevo

It's a vibrant city nestled in a narrowvalley at the foot of Mount Trebević, along the Miljacka River. Day 2. Sarajevo City Tour
After breakfast, we will start our day by meeting our guide at the Eternal Flame in Sarajevo for a tour through the city's rich history. Our first stop is the beautiful Catholic Cathedral, right in the heart of Old Town. We will wander through Sarajevo’s oldest streets, filled with hidden gems and traditional workshops. Walk past the impressive Gazi Husrev-Beg Mosque and the Sacred Heart Cathedral, two iconic landmarks that show off the city’s cultural mix. Along the way, you’ll also see Kazandžiluk, the Jewish Museum, the Clock Tower, Morica Han, the City Marketplace, and the National Theater (entry tickets not included).
Take a break to enjoy some delicious Bosnian street food and coffee — freshly baked pastries and local desserts you won’t want to miss! We will stop by Sebilj, the famous wooden fountain in the center of Baščaršija, and learn why it's such a special part of the city. Finally, we will visit the Latin Bridge — the place where a single moment changed the world, marking the start of World War I.
Wrap up your day with a stroll back to Old Town, full of stories, sights, and flavors that will stay with you. In the afternoon free time for leisure.
Day 3. Free Day in Sarajevo or Optional Full Day Tour to Mostar, Konjic, Počitelj, Sufi House, & Waterfalls
After breakfast, free day to explore Sarajevo on your own or OPTIONAL Full Day tour to Mostar, Konjic, Počitelj, Sufi House, & Waterfalls.
During our journey to Mostar, we will pass through Konjic, a charming town along the Neretva River known for its picturesque landscapes. Notable highlights include Prenj Mountain and an Ottoman bridge. Enjoy the serene beauty of Jablanicko Lake on the way, and learn about the historical significance of Jablanica, where a ruined old train bridge stands as a witness to the Battle of the Neretva.
Our next destination is Počitelj, an authentic 16th-century Ottoman town that doubles as an open-air museum. The town's remarkable architecture and scenic location promise an engaging experience. The additional stop is the stunning Kravica Waterfalls. In great weather conditions, you can take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of Kravica Falls.
Upon arriving in Mostar, you'll be welcomed by its inviting climate, rich history, and distinctive charm. Our guide will lead you to the Old Town, where the iconic Old Bridge stands as a symbol of 16th-century Ottoman architecture. Discover the bridge's resilience through a poignant video at a local gallery.
Following your exploration of Mostar, your guide will recommend a delightful lunch at a local restaurant or a visit to Blagaj. Blagaj is a picturesque village situated at the source of the crystal-clear Buna River, which emerges from towering cliffs. Visiting the 16th-century Blagaj Tekke, a Sufi house, adds a spiritual dimension to your experience.
Return to Sarajevo late evening.
Day 4. Free day or OPTIONAL Travnik & Jajce: Culture, Nature & History Trip
After breakfast, free day to explore Sarajevo on your own or OPTIONAL Full Day tour to enjoy the beauty of central Bosnia and Herzegovina landscapes.
Explore the historic Castle to start your day, enjoying panoramic views of Travnik. Immerse yourself in the medieval atmosphere and discover the town's significance in Bosnian history. Pass by iconic mosques, where Ottoman and Bosnian architectural styles harmoniously blend. Gain insights into Travnik's religious diversity and its shaping influence.
